The felt making thing went from fun to slightly irritating to so annoying I wanted to scream in about 10 minutes. This is not my craft.
So now I have a huge bag of this stuff. Its not carded or clean, but you can learn now to clean it here:

What do I do with this stuff? The pieces are small so they would have to be used for small felting projects. If you know anyone who can use it, let me know and it’s theirs.

Don’t give up yet! Where did you get hung up, the cleaning? I know nothing about that, but I can definitely help with needle felting!
