So I *think* my Dad thought this would make a good bank. You know, the motivation to save because you get a sugar buzz in return.
Great concept (sort of) but we quickly learned that you need not put money in it to get candy. Just bump it on the top with a closed fist and the candy comes pouring out. Awesome if you are 4. Not awesome if you are the Mom or Dad of the four year old who consumed 6 handfuls of candy.

But it’s a YELLOW gumball machine. Our piggy bank/cavity dispenser is the more common red variety. I’d give two crowns and root canal for a yellow one.
